Centre for Trainers and Practitioners Development, Global Skills Park on behalf of Department of Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment calls for volunteers to associate with the various social efforts in the space of Skill Development and Technical Education for the initiative called KUBER, Keenly Understanding Business Environment Regularly. This initiative, as part of the YUVA Shakti Mission of Madhya Pradesh, aims to create a vibrant entrepreneurial landscape by harnessing the creativity and energy of young innovators. By organizing monthly hackathons and providing structured support, we can establish a pathway for aspiring entrepreneurs to turn their innovative ideas into successful ventures.
Objective of Initiative: KUBER
The primary objective of this initiative is to organize monthly hackathons across various districts in Madhya Pradesh, targeting young entrepreneurs. These events will be designed to promote creativity and innovation while acting as platforms for pitching business proposals for growth and funding support.

General Guidelines For Volunteers
- Volunteers should align with the mission of empowering youth, enhancing skills, and bridging gaps between education and industry as outlined in each initiative.
- Treat all participants, stakeholders, and fellow volunteers with respect, fostering an inclusive environment regardless of background or skill level.
- Maintain the privacy of personal information shared by students, mentees, or industry partners during program activities.
- Adhere to agreed schedules for sessions, workshops, or other tasks, notifying coordinators in advance if unable to participate.
- Provide constructive feedback to program coordinators to help improve the initiative and share insights from your experience.
- Work cooperatively with other volunteers, faculty, industry experts, and government officials to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- No financial aid or any kind of renumeration will be provided to volunteers; participation is entirely on a voluntary basis to support the community and state development goals.
